I suppose I'll do similarly to the others, since understanding my character sheet can be an exercise in pain.

For all further attacks, I will assume Kai is using a dagger- for a shortsword, subtract 1 to hit, change W to d6

Sneak attack:
Once per round, when you have combat advantage and are wielding any weapon Kai owns, yada yada yada you know the drill, you decide whether to apply the extra damage after making the damage roll
1/round with combat advantage, +2d6+5 damage

At-Will Powers:

Piercing Strike (PHB)- Standard, melee- Dexterity vs. Reflex
Hit: 1[W] + Dexterity
+15, 1d4+9

Riposte Strike (PHB)- Standard, melee- Dexterity vs. AC
Hit: 1[W] + Dexterity, if target attacks you before next turn, make an attack against the foe as an immediate interrupt.
Secondary attack: Immediate Interrupt, melee- Strength vs. AC- 1[W] + Strength
+15, 1d4+9

Encounter Powers:

Acrobat's Blade Trick (Level 1, MP2)- Standard, close burst 1- Target: Each enemy in burst- Dexterity vs. AC
Hit: 1[W] + Dexterity
Effect: Shift a number of squares equal to the number of enemies hit by this attack. You can shift through the squares of enemies you have hit with this attack.
Close burst 1, +15, 1d4+9, shift number of enemies hit + 2 (do not shift 2 if 0 enemies are hit)

Blade Vault (Level 3, MP)- Standard, melee- Dexterity vs. AC
Effect: Before the attack, you can shift 2 squares. If you are trained in athletics, ignore difficult terrain during the shift.
Hit: 1[W] + Dexterity. For every square you shifted, the attack deals extra damage equal to your strength modifier.
Shift up to 4 before attack ignoring difficult terrain, +15, 1d4+9, +5 damage per square shifted

Imperiling Strike (Level 7, PHB)- Standard, melee- Dexterity vs. Fort
Hit: 1[W] + Dexterity, and target takes a penalty equal to your strength modifier to AC and reflex until the end of your next turn
+15, 1d4+9, -5 penalty to AC/ref until end of Kai's next turn

Burning Spray (Level 1, PHB2)- Standard, close blast 3- Target: Each creature in blast- Charisma vs. Reflex
Hit: 1d8 + Charisma fire damage
Close blast 3, +9, 1d8+5

Daily Powers:

Easy Target (Level 1, PHB)- Standard, melee or ranged- Dexterity vs. AC
Hit: 2[W] + Dex, target is slowed and grants you combat advantage (save ends both)
Miss: Half damage, target grants you combat advantage until the end of your next turn
+15, 2d4+9, slowed and CA (save ends), miss: half, CA for a turn

Deep Cut (Level 5, PHB)- Standard, melee- Dexterity vs. Fortitude
Hit: 2[W] + Dex, and ongoing damage equal to 5 + your strength modifier
Miss: Half damage, no ongoing damage
+15, 2d4+9, 10 ongoing (untyped), miss half

Utility Powers:

Tumble (Level 3, PHB)- Encounter, move, personal- Shift a number of squares equal to half your speed
Shift 5 squares

Mighty Sprint (Level 6, PHB3)- Encounter, move, personal- Move your speed + 4, ignoring difficult terrain during this move. You have a +5 bonus to athletics checks made as part of this move.
Move 10, ignore difficult terrain, +5 to athletics

Diabolic Transformation (Heroic tier feat, D381)- Daily, minor, personal, polymorph- You transform into a diabolic brute until the end of the encounter. While in this form, you gain Regeneration 2, you increase fire resistance by 5, +2 bonus to damage rolls, and your Bloodhunt racial trait increases to +2.
Special: Once during this encounter while you are in this form, you may use the black wrath of hell power
Turn into a superdevil, regen 2, +2 damage, +5 fire resist, Bloodhunt = +2
Black Wrath of Hell- Encounter, free- Trigger: You hit an enemy with an attack- The attack deals 1d10 extra damage, and the target takes a penalty to attack rolls against you equal to the higher of your intelligence or charisma modifiers (save ends).

Bloodhunt- You gain a +1 racial bonus to attack rolls against bloodied foes.
Fire Resistance: You have resist fire 5 + one half your level
Infernal Wrath: You can use infernal wrath as an encounter power (Note: traded out with feat)

Background Features:
Morranese- +2 to knowledge checks concerning Morran
Frightening- +2 to intimidate checks
Stubborn- +2 to saving throws against effects that targeted your will defense
Vengeful Temper- +1 to attack and damage with Infernal Wrath

Class Features:

First Strike- You have combat advantage against any creatures that have not yet acted in an encounter

Brutal Scoundrel- You gain a bonus to sneak attack equal to your strength modifier.

Rogue Weapon Talent- When you wield a shuriken, your weapon damage die increases by one size. When you wield a dagger, you gain a +1 bonus to attack rolls.

Sneak attack- Extra damage while wielding light blade, crossbow, or sling when you have combat advantage

Nonmagical Items:
Thieves' Tools (+2 to thievery checks for disarming traps, unlocking doors, etc)
Climber's Kit (+2 to athletics checks to climb)
Crowbar- (+2 to strength checks to break chests/containers or force doors)
Glasscutter- (1 minute of work creates an arm-sized hole in glass)

Magic Items:

+2 Dagger (Burning Man's Blade)- Power (Daily)- Free action- after hitting with an attack, you may daze the target until the end of your next turn. Power (At-will)- Minor action- This blade may be transformed into a dagger, short sword, shuriken, broadsword, longsword, or scimitar (Main Weapon)

+1 Lifedrinker Shortsword (Mosquito)- Gives 5 temporary hit points whenever you reduce an enemy to 0 health

+1 Flameburst Shuriken- Power (Daily, Fire)- Minor action- The next ranged basic attack you make with this weapon before the end of your turn becomes a burst 1 centered on the target. Use your normal attack bonus for the basic attack, but against Reflex. Instead of normal damage, each target takes ongoing 5 fire damage (save ends).

+1 Flaming Shuriken- Power (At-Will)- Free action- All damage dealt by this weapon is fire damage. Another free action returns damage to normal. Power (Daily, Fire)- Free action- Use this power when you hit with this weapon. Deal an extra 1d6 fire damage, and the target takes ongoing 5 fire damage (save ends).

+2 Gliding Cloak- Power (Encounter)- You can fall at a rate of 2 squares per round, taking no damage. Keeps momentum, thus allowing a moving character to float at their speed horizontally while gliding. (Worn- Neck)

Shadowdancer's Gloves- When you hit an enemy you are hidden from, you deal an extra 1d6 damage (Worn- Hands)

Shadowdancer's Mask- Power (Daily)- Reroll a stealth or bluff check with a +3 bonus, and use either result (Worn- Head)
- Special: Gain a bonus to athletics, stealth, and thievery equal to the number of Shadowdancer items worn

D'nai star- +3 to diplomacy- Power (Daily)- +3 bonus on a save

Iron Armbands of Power- +2 to damage with melee attacks (Worn- Arms)

+1 Sylvan Armor- +1 to stealth and acrobatics (Worn- Armor)- Outdated, item power is useless

Boots of Precise Stepping- +2 item bonus to stealth, athletics, and acrobatics (Worn- Feet)- Outdated, item power is
mostly useless (except for acrobatics)


Misc Items:

Dayspring, Flute of Charming- Influences emotions, effectiveness based on a perform check
Innith's Promise- Power (Daily)- minor action, summons Innith, a wolf spirit with Spirit's Fangs and Stalker's Strike, based on charisma rather than wisdom
